the location was good. i was near the ferry terminal. the staff was very helpful and friendly also. it was nice i was allowed to eat takeaways downstairs.

the room felt stylish with a lovely kitchenette. it had a hob and a dishwasher which was a treat. the staff were helpful and the ambience felt relaxed. i liked the full english breakfast with its perfectly poached eggs

the hotel parking books up quickly given the proximity to shops and restaurants. i recommend securing a space well in advance to avoid disappointment. this ensures a smooth arrival and reduces any potential stress

the bathroom had a nice design the shower cubicle was large and the water pressure was great. shower gel also smelled great. the room had more of a kitchen than a bedroom feel the kitchen was well set up with everything you could need.

the room included a stove top, alongside a microwave. real glassware was available in the room. i used the park across the street daily for walks (it really helped clear my head).

fantastic studio flat experience

thoughtful design spacious bathroom helpful staff

The room design was very thoughtful. It felt more like a studio flat than a standard hotel room. i appreciated the spacious bathroom and the great shower. the equipped kitchen area, comfy beds, sofa, and kitchen table were also excellent. we were very pleased with our room. the staff were helpful and friendly.

the parking spaces felt a little tight compared to other hotels i have visited, which might pose challenges for larger vehicles.

the master loft room was a good size it included a well equipped kitchen area with everything needed i found the staff downstairs to be very helpful and friendly the bathroom was nice the shower cubicle was large and the shower had great water pressure. the shower gel also smelled nice

i did notice some delayed service but it was eventually resolved
